Pro Tip for Venues: if you are holding an event no matter what the temperature inside vs outside you need to regulate the area PRIOR to where the majority of the guests will be. Most likely turning on the air to cool the area because a lot of people in one room creates heat. Most of the time you need to just keep air flowing. This is so then as people are dancing it doesn't push them away from the dance floor and to the cooler areas.
