We stay current with the Georgia Title Standards and Georgia Laws. Our employees are required to review the Georgia Title Standards twice a year and review or attend continuing legal education events.

We provide a product that is compatible with all closing software, including Landtech, Softpro and Ramquest. There is never a need for rekeying any legal description or exception and everything is provided to you in a digital format. We guarantee that our legal descriptions have no typographical errors to the extent that if you ever have to re-record any documents because of a typographical error we will pay for all re-recording Clerk’s fees. We take great pride in our product and this guarantee is one way we strive to exceed your expectations. Timelines

Our massive title database and extensive infrastructure allow us to provide an extremely prompt turn-around time. Our full time staff assures all orders get your full attention as soon as they arrive. Most rush searches can be completed and returned within hours for your review. Attention to Detail

We are a small Title Company in Bethlehem Georgia and we are looking for a data entry / research assistant to help us with data entry. You will be responsible for collecting property details from various County and government websites and enter it into our software. you will be provided training on how to do this, but in order to be successful, you need to be familiar with common software tools like Microsoft Office and Excel. You will be supporting critical back office work so you will need to be reliable because we will be relying on you. we are looking for somebody who is detailed-oriented, not afraid to ask questions, has the confidence to execute once they understand what needs to be done.
This is 100% remote position but you need to live about 50 mi radius of Bethlehem Georgia. This is because you might need to come into the office or once in awhile (in case you need to pick up something from the office). Pay will be $15 per hour as a contractor and you will go through a 3-month internship period where we will train you fully. After the internship period, you will be hired as an employee. We will provide you a computer on all the equipment needed but you are required to pay for a high-speed internet connection that you are responsible for. You'll be working typically between 8:00 to 5:00 and 40 hours a week with a potential of overtime.

We are a small company and are looking for a bookkeeper in Bethlehem, Georgia. This will be an on-site 40 hours a week position. Pay is $18 an hour. Responsibilities will include depositing checks, paying renders, and miscellaneous bookkeeping activities. The most important thing that we are looking for is work ethic.

Please do not apply if you do not have quickbooks experience.

In terms of skills, our ideal candidate should be proficient in QuickBooks and will be required to take a test to demonstrate proficiency.

It was 26 years ago when Russell Stell Smith & McLocklin decided to take a chance on this Georgia transplant. It's so special to reflect back over the years and see how successful these attorneys still are today and the gifts of knowledge they have bestowed on me. A couple of days ago Judge McLocklin swore in Leanne Harb as a new Georgia Bar member. Leanne and I have worked together since she graduated from UGA law school and its been very rewarding for me. It is humbling to know that a tiny portion of Judge McLocklin's knowledge has been passed on to Leanne and I find it fitting to give sincere and grateful praise to the members of that firm for their continued direction and support over the years. Thank you John Stell, Richard Russell, Tim Smith, Wayne McLocklin and Kenneth Mattison, for always being there for me and for teaching and growing me.
