Excited to teach Budgeting for Grants today at UNLV for the Lifelong Learning Certificate Program.

Today reminded me why I love the work I do. Teaching at UNLV gives me the chance to pour into students who are building their confidence, creativity, and voice — and that’s a privilege I never take lightly.

Alongside my work as CEO of Hunter‑Smith Consulting, where I coach professionals and organizations on brand strategy, communication, and career growth, I’m grateful for every opportunity to help people step into their potential.

With an MA, MBA, and ongoing DBA research in marketing, my mission has always been the same: equip people with the tools to communicate clearly, lead boldly, and build lives and careers they’re proud of.
