National News media interview this week about ME (yes ME) protecting Taylor Swift, Kim Kardashian & me NOT protecting Ariana Grande during her incident. They asked me about growing up in Avalon on Catalina Island 1967 to 1984, then living there again 2006 to 2007. I truthfully told them I was blessed by growing up in 90704, the greatest most honorable people I've ever met in my life are all from Avalon. The television producers asked me, was I famous in Avalon. I said I was not sure, except all of the old school Original islanders do seem to remember me, but usually only call me to give me bad news. When my mentor and Friend LoLo Saldana passed, my phone rang off the hook every day for about two weeks. But some of my friends from Avalon thought I would be a "major distraction" at the funeral and service, so I agreed to stay away, even though it broke my heart. Then, the next day, some of these same people called me and said, where were you, We did not see you at the funeral ? ONLY IN AVALON...
