The company owners Jackson Smith, his brother T Smith III and their partner Marco Peralta have over forty years of combined management, marketing and production experience. Jackson Smith – has worked in the music industry as a manager, road manager and concert promoter. He was the owner of and creator of the music based website, Indiemusic.com, a site geared to the independent mu
sic scene. Smith sold his interest in the website so he could focus on his true, talent management and concert promotions. T Smith III – started his career as a stand-up comedian. After his stand up career ended in the late eighties, he moved to Los Angeles to become a television writer. Instead of a writing gig he nabbed a job as casting associate. A couple of years later he took his casting experience and began working for a talent management company. As luck and hard work would have it he finally landed a staff writer’s job and has worked as a writer/producer and show developer since 1995. He now wants to use his multi-layered entertainment experience to help develop the careers of aspiring writers and comedians. Marco Peralta – who holds a degree in marketing, began his entertainment career as a talented buyer and concert promoter. He eventually used his marketing degree when he was hired as the director of marketing for a group of clubs and venues in Michigan. Peralta has now relocated to Los Angeles to join the Bon Air Team as a talent manager and a marketing consultant.
