The key to Pinterest? Consistency and patience.
I tell my clients it takes a minimum of 3 months to see results on Pinterest, and this case study shows exactly why!

With this client, the key was posting 2-3 daily original static pins, utilizing Canva for design as well as a strong, well-researched keyword strategy. As you can see, by the end of June, her Pinterest impressions soared from 0 to almost 7,500.

If you're new to Pinterest, the algorithm takes time to process your pins and start showing them to more eyes - so the key is to not give up too early. Post daily, have patience, and you will be rewarded!

Between impromptu barbecues, beach time, and planned vacays, summer gets busy. Really busy. That's why I advise my clients to sit down and plan out the season BEFORE things get crazy. Here's a few things to plan in advance so your small business gets the boost it needs this summer.

☀️ Plan an Instagram giveaway with 3-4 complimentary brands or services. Tip: if you take the wheel and coordinate, brands will almost never say no to a joint giveaway! Midsummer when social engagement is low, this will provide a nice boost in followers.
☀️ Determine your 3 month strategy in advance. Don't go into the summer months without a clear picture of what your goals are. Are you launching a new product? Want to gain a deeper connection with your customers? Looking to gain new ones? I like to focus on one overarching goal per month - and the rest of your content will follow.
☀️ Design and schedule your e-mails. Because no one wants to be designing their 4th of July promo emails from a beach chair.
☀️ Batch and schedule your social media content! I like to batch 2-3 weeks of social content at a time for my clients. Once you have everything scheduled out, it's so much easier to spend your daily Instagram time allotment engaging vs racking your brain for new ideas.
☀️ Last, outline your website updates and discounts in advance. Set reminders in your calendar so you don't forget to upload your new products or set up that discount!

It might seem (very) far away, but Google Analytics will stop processing data for universal properties in 2023. I've been working to ensure all my clients are set up with a new Google Analytics 4 property to avoid data interruption and make sure the switch is seamless. So, if you haven't switched over your property to GA4 yet, this is your reminder to do so!

Not sure which property type you have? Look at your property ID (the number below your property name):
- Universal Analytics property IDs start with UA and end with a number (UA-#########-1)
- Google Analytics 4 property IDs have only numbers (#########)
