Hello all. The time has come to announce that we will no longer be in service for 2023 season or thereafter. The decision was made for the fact that boss man is burned out. I personally need to deal with personal life changes that are needed for myself to move forward. Been on the same road for 25+ years and it's time to exit. We / I apologize for any issues this WILL cause but I will thank you for the years you all gave me during business and the friends I made a long the way. I wish you nothing but the best for 2023 and stay positive for a good ending of 23 as well. 🍺 Cheers. ❤️

Important notice. As of 10/31/22 we will be done with cleanup for fall. I believe leaves will be 80% down by then. If not they will be there for spring cleanup. Will do the best we can to stay on top of them prior to winter. ALSO..there will be no snow removal service this year as well. I cannot apologize enough for any inconvenience this may cause but we are hoping to give you enough time to find removal service before the snow. If you need any recommendations I can give you some local guys, NOT BIG COMPANIES but individuals that are hard working and want to feed their family. I have been receiving many calls throughout the year about construction and remodeling work since clearly not many reliable sources are up here. Not speaking towards the respectable companies, but others that take advantage of homeowners. On that note since I've been doing that field since 98 I have taken on several homes this winter that I am now committed to. We hope you understand the situation and frankly I'm too old to be freezing my ****s off anymore. 😁 Any questions give me a call, and again I will try my best to direct you to good winter help. Good Sunday morning all. Friendly reminder that if you do not need service this week PLEASE inform me asap. Lots of miles to drive as I arrive to sun baked lawns. We are unfortunately in a serious drought, obviously, and this week temps are going to push the yards into dormancy for quite awhile, / weeks + 😕. Heads up: there will be no services this week as I have chosen to take the week off. This comes on a good week with lack of rain as nothing will grow much as well as 90+ temps as well as much needed time off to do catch up on my own life, lol. SO.....my personal yard is a guinea pig for your own yard. We strive on creating yards for you the home owner as a place to relax, enjoy company, make memories, etc. If something happens it happens to me, ( even though it's hard to swallow. ) I used a new product with Trimec which is death to weeds and anything that's not grass. Here we have an example of not pushing the envelope, it's ripping it open. This is an example of how wicked this fertilizer is. Three days and she is severely overdosed on factory spreader recommendation. Point is? I love what I do and I have to sleep with this and see it everyday from a lawn that was perfect just so I can make sure what I sell is good enough for you. That's the difference between lawn service and property solutions. Your welcome. Love you all, and I will not sleep for oh.......? About the next 2 weeks fixing this problem. 🤟😎👍❤️

Morning all, today is June 8th 2022 and as we all know, the fuel cost is off the charts. Due to this situation we will now be charging a 5% fuel surcharge on all lawns starting on Monday June 13th as we have to stay afloat in this challenging time.
