What You'll Do:

Keep properties safe by clearing walkways, decks, patios, stairs, hot tubs, and more with blowers and shovels
Be on-call 7 days/week for those epic snow days
Work independently or with our team in all conditions

Snow Walk Behind Blower/Shovel Tech. Looking for skilled, professional, self-motivated, RELIABLE snow shovel tech. This position requires approximately 80 hours per month depending on effort and snowfall. The season runs October 25, 2024 thru April 30, 2025.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Walk Behind Blower/Shovel Tech Position will be responsible for daily blowing/shoveling of walkways, decks, patios, hot tubs, staircases etc. and weekly snow shoveling of propane tanks/address stanchions through the winter season.
This position requires an individual to be on-call 7 days/week.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Shovel snow or walk behind snow blower
Other work as assigned
Perform daily responsibilities in all weather conditions
Ability to work individually and as a team with other crew members
Perform physically demanding tasks for all parts of the work day
Follow written and oral directions from supervisor/manager
Possession of a valid driver’s license
Tracking of time with provided phone App

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge of safe and efficient operation of small equipment and hand tools
Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
Ability to lift at least 50 pounds on a regular basis.
Ability to work outdoors for long periods of time, often in inclement weather and early mornings.

Equipment operators. Do you want to make great money AND be on the slopes by late morning? Looking for skilled, professional, self motivated, reliable snow equipment operators. Pay starts at $3000 per/month and possibility of an end of season bonus. Our equipment is 2018 or newer so downtime and frustration are kept to a minimum. This salaried position requires approximately 70-75 hours per month (420-450 hours for the season) of work and pays out at $43 - $85 per/hour depending on effort and snowfall. The season is 6 months starting November 1, 2022 thru April 30, 2023

Job Types: Contract

Salary: $3,000.00 per month

Benefits:

Paid time off
Schedule: Every snow day (approximately 60-65/season)
