Did you know that GTS accepts all microwaves for recycling? We accept both countertop microwaves and over-the-range units.

What happens to your microwave when you send it to GTS?

Many people would be shocked to find out that most recyclers just shred up old microwaves for metals. At GTS we believe that the reuse of parts whenever possible on your old electronics and appliances is the highest priority. Microwaves that go to GTS will be tested, parted out, with parts going all over the United States to fix more microwaves. This is part of our continuing effort to grow the reuse and repair of items above traditional recycling.

We have some very exciting news:

GTS is moving!!

After 5 awesome years at our 350 S Billings Blvd. location we have officially outgrown our space! Starting July 22nd our 350 S Billings Blvd. location will be closed while we make the transition to our new location. Our new location at 2621 Overland Avenue will officially open August 1st.

**IMPORTANT NOTE**

We ask that customers hold off on dropping electronics off at our overland location until August 1st when our container is set up. We look forward to recycling more electronics in the future!

We regret to inform you that due to recent increases of theft, vandalism, and increasingly unsafe encounters, the GTS 24-hour drop-off slot will be closed indefinitely starting January 1st, 2024. Your safety and the security of your contributions are our utmost priority, and these regrettable events have compelled us to take this precautionary measure.

We will still be accepting electronics in the shed at our main warehouse Monday-Friday from 9AM to 5PM.

Thank you for your continued support as we work towards a more feasible solution to this problem.

2022 was another fantastic year for recycling electronics! We want to thank everyone who dropped off at our various locations across the state. We are looking forward to 2023 being another great year with more sites and items being added to our recycling list!

Our main drop off bin location (350 S Billings Blvd. Suite ) will be closed for the remainder of the week while we undergo some major warehouse reorganizing. Our 24 hour drop off slot will still be open for drop offs during this time. If you have any questions, feel free to give us a call.

It’s that time of year again. Time for our annual electronics recycling event in Miles City!

We’ll be set up at the landfill on Saturday, May 14th to accept your old electronics and batteries for recycling.

Our event starts at 8:30AM and will go to 3PM or until the truck is full.

*Please Note* We can take everything except CRT (tube style) TV’s, CRT (tube style) monitors, and projection TV's.
