Many homeowners think damage to their home's exterior is easy to identify.

The truth is, damage can often go unnoticed for months—or even years.

Here is a problem in the making. The next week or so with warmer weather, this is going to have serious water damage. You can see the furnace vent melting the snow, and the water running down to the eves and causing Ice Damns.
