Wayne Wilkinson is an experienced businessman with experience in senior management, business start-ups, non-profits, business development, strategic market planning, customer centric quality improvement, and as a troubled-company specialist. He has been involved in several hundred business situations of various types, including: start-ups; new product and service launches; busine

ss launches; expansions into new markets; business financial analysis for strategy and operations; rebuilding company culture and employee excellence; conducting and teaching statistical data analysis; alignment of an acquired company’s processes and strengths; and various others. He has over 10 years of strong broad business experience in senior management, strategic planning, operations, process improvement, quality culture implementation, business planning, marketing, accounting, and other aspects of business. He currently owns several successful service businesses include the Oxi-fresh franchise for Montana which has achieved an ongoing NPS of 92 out of 100 (world class) and grown by more than 50% every year. Wayne Wilkinson was a Regional General Manager developing expansion markets for the Harnish Group. Prior to that he was the head of the Harnish Group’s Quality Control and Process Improvement Division. During this period, he participated in many product/service launches, restructured business operations for increased efficiency, aligned strategic initiatives, and participated in other business situations. Initially, he was a project manager for the Harnish Group, implementing projects in all business functions of the company. He is currently the senior director for SageGroup in the pacific northwest, working with troubled companies

His formal education includes: a MBA degree in Management from the Univ. of Mary; a BSBA degree in Management from Montana State University of Billings. He is certified by Caterpillar and the George Group to teach the following: Quality and Process Improvement Methodologies -- Lean, DMAIC, DMEDI. He is certified as a project manager in Lean Manufacturing, DMAIC, and DMEDI projects.
