When someone asked why is my printer not printing I only use brand new ink cartridges, not refills. I asked when was the last time they printed, and he said about a year ago. This is what can happen if you do not print regularly, you can actually ruin your printer. If you have printer questions, give me a call. I’ll help you figure it out.

Has anyone struggled with getting lines on their paper when they try to scan a document? Check your glass where the scanner is nine times out of 10 that’s the issue.

I’m often asked whether EcoTank printers (the bottled-ink models) are a good choice. In my experience, unless you print frequently, they’re usually not the best fit. These printers can develop printhead issues if they sit unused, which can lead to clogging and printing problems.
