The Coast Chorale Board of Directors are pleased to announce the appointment of our new Artistic Director, Dr. Jennifer Bruton. Dr. Bruton brings extensive experience in the arts, holds a PhD, and currently serves as the Director of the Music Department at MGCCC Harrison County Campus. We are excited to welcome her leadership and vision as we begin this new chapter.
We also extend our heartfelt appreciation to Dan McElrath for his dedication, talent, and the tremendous progress our Chorale has made under his direction. He will be greatly missed, and we are deeply grateful for the impact he has had on our organization.
The Chorale will begin its season in August, practicing in the music room of the Diamondhead Community Church starting at 630pm. As the College begins mid-August, we will await Dr Bruton's decision of our start date. I will communicate when advised. Have a joyful summer!

June on the Coast has finally arrived!
Many of you have requested information on my musical presentations coming up and I am excited to share an evening I am very much looking forward to at Diamondhead Community Church, Sunday, June 28th at 6pm. This concert will be a night of worship with my daughter (Composer, Author and vocalist) Hope Blankenship, my grandson & grand daughter-in-law Austin & Ella Blankenship and a family friend on bass, Riley Hoffower. We will be joined by members of the Coast Chorale and Diamondhead Community Church Choir.
We will be doing what we love to do best, bringing honor and glory to the King of Kings and Lord of Lords with the musical gifts He has given us. We hope you will join us for this night of inspiration and blessing!
