To all of my Law Enforcement and contract security people.

Better start looking into the Black Lion Party we have 2 chapters forming here. They are a spin off of the Black Panther Party just more militant and violent than Huey Newton was in the 1970s.
The New Black Lion Party is breaking the lines of race to allow all nationalities including allowing Violant ANTIFA to join.
The Black Panthers disavowed them because of the violent tactics and DHS is currently investigating them to add to the Domestic Terrorism list however reports are chapters opening all across the globe. The latest group to pop up was in France where they beat a student to death.

Here in the United States I am getting reports from a lot of Northern States after a Officer safety bulletin was put out that they are targeting both Law Enforcement and Security personnel especially security at federal and state buildings.
They are outspoken about not only assaulting but killing officers.
What has given quick rise to this group was the leader has assaulted many Law Enforcement and Security personnel and one members just beat capital murder charges on 1 law enforcement officer in Texas because the members threatened witnesses and also had other members as witnesses who was not even at the scene overwhelm the jury with false witness testimony to get the defendant off the charges.

They openly say they will kill Law Enforcement, ICE and Security personnel who pose a threat to there mission.

A incident that is currently taking place is a company in Georgia who fired 1 of the members. They hired private security to protect the business and so far because of this groups tactics 2 companies have canceled the contracts due to this group showing up in mass numbers armed protesting and owners of the companies being doxed and harassed by this group at there private homes. Same is being done to ice agents in certain locations.

So now that I have talked about these 2 cases let me explain a little on assets.

So if a owner gets a asset seizure the court will look at all assets personal and business. Alot of small mom and pop security companies writes off real property (cars, houses, boats) even RVs, motorcycles and buildings on taxes. These are in tax purposes real expenditures but in the courts eyes are company assets.

I've even seen husband's who was a company owner lose houses, cars and everything else a wife paid for because she was a employee of the company because they wad married.

Just like if a husband and wife get a divorce the wife gets half... something during a lawsuit if she worked for the vompany it's considered in a lawsuit a company gain and can be seized just like if they were drug dealers

Law had never changed unless your wife makes 1 million a year and you make 500k then they consider her the bread winner

2nd case was a unarmed guard who was shot.
This was a lil complicated because it was a blue state.

I had to run thru a lot of past case file to come to a conclusion once again the security owner is responsible for the payout.
The security risk assessment showed the area the guard was working was a class 4 meaning the guard should have been armed because of the crime in the area.

I have yet to get ahold of the owner but the insurance can either pay out for wrongful death and it puts the company out of business or the owner can settle out of court, hopes the family takes a smaller amount or once again the owner will lose in court and have all assets seized.

So first case was simple. I called the security company owner today and told him to settle out of court.

Take the loss and just pay 20 million out of pocket or take jt to court and risk loosing your insurance and paying out 40 million out of pocket to the owner. If you settle and pay out of pocket Operations dont get suspended and insurance fronts the money you pay them back.

So a security company was working a bar contract. 18 yr old used his brother's ID who was 24. Security obviously was too stupid to ask questions but they allowed him in.

He got drunk, left bar and got into a wreck killing 3.

That security company was responsible for the death of 4 people.

Don't matter if he didn't realize it was his ID or not the security fu**ed up and ultimately the owner of the company is responsible.its the owners responsibility at the end of the day because in 2024 the Supreme Court set presidenc in this. No matter who you hire the owner can't shut they doors and not be held responsible. If the guard can't pay it the owner will and the court will seize everything to get the money owed. No more hiding behind LLCs

The owner of the security company has a right to sue the guard at that point for a loss but if the guard is working minimum wage or goes to work as a 1099 your fu**ed, how you gunna collect? Can't get blood from a turnip

So while in China my PI part of BLI picked up 2 cases on inadequate security so I'm gunna talk on both since we are considered industry experts in the field and we handle a lot of PI cases for insurance companies wanting to not pay insurance claims on loses

I wanted to give everyone a heads up. We just revamped our whole operation and moved our website to www.bli.agency

As of today I fired a lot of the "felt sorry for em" Employees that was hired and I am turning everything around.

If you now go to our website it is totally separated thanks to my new IT guy. No not big balls he has his hands full lol but a gentleman I was able to borrow for a few weeks.

I am just now adding all of the past blogs I wrote and updated them. Added some new ones and we are setting up the websites to automatically push them out to all of the social media accounts.

We have a few more days to go to get everything 💯 but we working around the clock

We are going to start holding some pod casts with leaders in the industry for the new and seasoned securoty companies.

These brokers such as protos, get a guard, fast guard, g4s, and allied are getting over on you folks and you dont even know it.

Just a couple of weeks ago I argued with one of these brokers who was charging the client 87.00 a billing hour. He then was laughing how he got a idiot up in jackson to take the job for 20.00

He made 67.00 off you just for giving you the work and taking all the liability.

Incase some of you dont know not only does your broker needed to be added to your insurance but so does the client you are working for.

This is what I mean.

So let me just say Kmart wants you to guard Kmart. So Kmart has a 300k deductible against incidents on property, then your brokers insurance deductible is 150k thats 450k you as the owner must pay if a lawsuite happens.

So your insurance will cover the broker because he had you add him to your insurance and that is all your insurance will cover. The 300k deductible Kmart will want will come out of the security company pocket.

If you dont have it they will sue and liquidate your assets and if that dont cover it then they will sue the owner and liquidate what assets was purchased through the proceeds of the business.

Just because you keep enough Operations expenses in your budget and the rest you put in your personal accounts that links your personal assets to the business.

Thats why you are a shareholder not a buisness owner
