Combat Business Success is the industry leader in BJJ/Martial Arts Business Consulting and Small Business Coaching, & a full-service Social Media Content & Marketing Agency.
Combat Business is looking for qualified candidates for a ‘Client-Focused, Ads Manager & Media Buyer.’

ONE, fully remote, part-time position is available to begin ASAP.
Hours are flexible, but the right candidate must reside or work in one of the 4, contiguous US time zones & available to respond to & communicate with clients M-F.
(Candidate need not be a US resident)

Goals of the Position:

Looking for a ‘Client-Focused, Ads Manager & Media Buyer’ whose main goals are:

To help Tribe & Combat Business clients get the maximum number of quality leads from their social media marketing, at the lowest possible cost, through innovative social media strategy, creative copywriting, testing, continuous monitoring, and acute problem solving.

To facilitate an excellent client experience through consistent, helpful, personal & appropriate communication with Combat Business clients, as well documented data tracking, guidance, & a proactive, forward thinking, ‘solutions based’ mindset.

who’s ‘got their back,’ guiding & helping them navigate the ever-changing,
& sometimes intimidating landscape of social media marketing with
the deftness, agility, & expertise of an industry insider.

Software / Technical Skills & Additional Requirements
Experience running, monitoring, & tracking Facebook, Instagram ads
Ability to patiently work with clients to set up & answer questions about pixels, ads manager/business manager, fb ads agency settings, agency access, etc.
Youtube & Google Adwords experience a PLUS!
Proven track record of Excellent customer service & communication
Workable knowledge of copywriting for ads & the desire to learn
Workable knowledge of design & what makes an ad visually appealing
Familiarity with Google Suite of programs, especially Spreadsheets, for tracking clients’ ad campaigns
Familiarity with Loom, Zapier, Slack, Zoom, & the major social media/search/digital ads platforms
*Additional Training provided for the right candidate who possesses a base level of skills

Part-time salary of 1500+ based on experience & additional skills
