Position Summary
The Front Office Administrative Assistant serves Piaker & Lyons, P.C., a professional and client-focused CPA firm, as the first point of contact for clients while supporting daily office operations. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
· Previous receptionist, administrative assistant, or office support experience preferred
· Experience in an accounting, financial services, legal, or other professional office is a plus
· Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
