Meet Shalanda Hill
ACH Specialist

At Sixth Avenue Baptist Federal Credit Union, we proudly shine a light on the dedicated individuals who serve our members with excellence, compassion, and care. One of those outstanding team members is Shalanda Hill, our experienced ACH Specialist.

With a career in banking that began in 1995, Shalanda brings a wealth of knowledge and an unwavering commitment to her role. She manages ACH (Automated Clearing House) transactions with precision and care, overseeing the origination of payments, handling returns, conducting in-depth research, and ensuring accurate, timely reconciliation. Every step is completed in full compliance with industry regulations and our institution’s high standards.

Yet Shalanda’s contribution extends far beyond technical expertise. She is a trusted problem-solver and support resource for a wide range of members—from church auxiliaries and small businesses to individual consumers. Her ability to communicate clearly, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain a strong customer focus makes her an indispensable part of our team.

Shalanda joined SABFCU in March 2023, during a period of organizational growth and transformation.
