Had a good time yesterday listening to and learning from Blake Bassham with Bhmdex, LLC. Blake started this business to bring higher-end deck and outdoor structure designs to the Birmingham area. Blake does not compromise on materials or engineering in his building process. We enjoyed his education of the current situation in the lumber and composite decking industry.

Within BNI, there are several metrics that we use to track our success throughout the year. One of these is Thank You For Closed Business (TYFCB). This is the dollar amount of revenue that is generated for each member in the group through referrals. Last year, we generated a TYFCB number of $38,459 per seat in our group on average.
