Here's what I know is true after spending almost 30 years on the stage, in front of a camera and in the c-suite:

Women communicate differently than men.

We speak differently, use words differently, move differently, build connection differently and take the stage, enter the room and sit at the table differently.

I'm incredibly excited about out August program because Darlene Wilson (just named one of Birmingham's Most Influential Business Leaders by the BBJ) and I are re-visiting the virtual Racial Equity panel series we created together last summer.

It's been a year. Where are we now? What's changed? What hasn't? And most importantly, what is our role as women in this critical issue?

Darlene and I love having open, candid conversations around this intense, and sometimes uncomfortable, topic. I always learn so much from them and I know you will, too.
