By scheduling an appointment and purchasing any items from this estate collection, the buyer explicitly agrees to the following terms:
Strictly "As-Is, Where-Is": All items are sold in their current pre-owned condition with all faults, visible or unseen. No warranties, express or implied, are provided regarding condition, authenticity, or fitness for use.
All Sales Are Final: No refunds, no returns, no exchanges, and no price adjustments will be issued after payment is received.
Buyer Inspection Responsibility: Items are fully unwrapped and staged for the buyer's convenience. The buyer is solely responsible for thoroughly inspecting all pieces, wood finishes, leather, structural integrity, hardware PRIOR to completing payment and loading.
Damage & Injury Liability Waiver: The seller assumes absolutely zero liability for any personal injury, property damage, or damage to vehicles/purchased items that may occur during the loading, handling, disassembly, or transport process.
Moving & Loading: This furniture is grandly scaled and exceptionally heavy. The buyer is strictly responsible for providing their own adequate moving crew, transport vehicle, protective moving blankets, and tie-down straps. Seller or estate residents will not assist in heavy lifting or securing loads.
