Calling all Go Getters! We are a fast growing marketing company seeking a CSR with a passion for storytelling and drive to make a difference in our company. Customer Service Representatives will gain an understanding of basic communication and human response to marketing strategies while helping change lives through our NGO clients.
They will have a chance to challenge their creativity, problem solve in a dynamic work environment, and gain real world marketing experience in the growing industry.
In this role, you'll support the Customer Success Team in creating the best experience for our customers. This can include but is not limited to the following:
Assist in planning, organizing, set-up, ex*****on and wrap-up of customer and department events and meetings
Managing marketing materials
Help organize data
