IMPOSTER SYNDROME:

Impostor syndrome is a psychological pattern in which an individual doubts their skills, talents or accomplishments and has a persistent internalized fear of being exposed as a "fraud".

Many of us experience this when we internalize fear of change. If only we focused on what we know and our earned levels of expertise. We could make our wildest dreams come true!

According to https://namitm.org/state-mental-health-america/, mental health illnesses have plagued the American community. The snapshot from the link depicts a horrible reality for the American population. One of the key findings from the link states; "More Americans have access to services… Access to insurance and treatment increased, as healthcare reform has reduced the rates of uninsured adults. 19% of adults remain uninsured in states that did not expand Medicaid. 13% of adults remain uninsured in states that did expand Medicaid."

If you feel you are in need of mental health support, please seek therapy or counseling. Every state has resources that you can use to receive support services. You just have to dig deep if you are uninsured.
