Did you know women are entering skilled trades careers at a record pace?

According to the Institute for Women's Policy Research, the number of women working in skilled trades increased 77.3% from 2015 to 2024.

This surge in interest includes many neurodivergent women who are building our homes, businesses, and infrastructure.
