🖤Coach Kelli delivered our Detroit Academy of Etiquette's Tea Service program this week to the fabulous hotel!

🖤This was our fourth program at the Daxton Hotel. We love our friends there and are so grateful for the opportunity.

🖤Our tea service program focuses on delivering a 5⭐️ experience for guests prioritizing tradition, knowledge and all of the social graces that accompany tea service.

⭐️Best in Service Staff + Best in Business class were on the agenda today.

⭐️We had an intimate training that married proper etiquette protocol with the way.

🖤Our Business Etiquette Program covers everything from first impressions, decoding body language, savvy conversation skills, hosting and entertaining clients, cutting and handling food, giving a meaningful toast, selecting wine, executive presence and communication and so much more.

Holiday hosting top five etiquette tips!

🦃Be mindful of your guest’s food allergies and dietary needs.

🦃Be sure you have a designated place for coats.

🦃Welcome each guest and introduce individuals that don’t know each other.

🦃The host should signify the start to the meal with a statement of gratitude or a toast. In more formal settings (three courses or more), putting their napkin on their lap also signifies the beginning of the meal.

🦃Remember the reason for the season. Ultimately, people just want to be together. Try to alleviate undo stress and be in the moment with your people.
