Walking into my local Walmart with $50 gift cards, surprising families with carts full of toys—smiles, gratitude, happy tears, and so much love. This is my favorite tradition and look forward to it each and every year. 🎊🎁🎄

Grateful for the opportunity to train the amazing professionals at the Shoals SHRM Chapter. I presented my custom module, “The Nightmares of Workplace Harassment and Why It’s Costing Employers Millions.”

Key points we covered:
1. Prevention starts with leadership.
2. Everyone needs clear training on harassment, discrimination, and retaliation.
3. Even unintentional behaviors can create a hostile work environment.

Together, we can stop unsafe and unlawful workplace practices and create spaces where employees feel protected and empowered.

I had such a great time presenting my custom module “Implicit Bias: A Shift to Conscious Accountability.” The energy, discussion, and openness in the room made it a powerful session!

Key takeaways:

✅ Everyone has implicit bias—awareness is the first step
✅ Since we all have IB, it’s our responsibility to recognize and mitigate them.
✅ Conscious accountability begins with small, intentional actions.
✅ Having unconscious bias doesn’t make it true.

What an incredible weekend of growth and transformation‼️

I had the privilege of working in person with Phillitia Charlton, for focused one-on-one sessions centered on personal development, relationship building, inner strength, and business growth—all grounded in faith and spirituality.

Her approach is truly unparalleled. Coach Fee is consistently thought-provoking, honest, and transformative.

Our sessions pushed me to reflect deeply, accept accountability, grow through discomfort, release what no longer serves me, reframe my mindset, let go of fear and doubt, and even find healing through laughter.
