🎉 Thank You, National University! 🎉

I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to present my doctoral research during graduation weekend and to share findings with meaningful implications for law enforcement and the communities we serve.

Presenting my research was both an honor and a reminder of why this work matters. Also, a special thank you to my two Aunties for bringing my mom with them to share my moment. I told both of them later that evening that I could see and feel the Love, and how proud of me they were of me

Walking into my local Walmart with $50 gift cards, surprising families with carts full of toys—smiles, gratitude, happy tears, and so much love. This is my favorite tradition and look forward to it each and every year. 🎊🎁🎄

Grateful for the opportunity to train the amazing professionals at the Shoals SHRM Chapter. I presented my custom module, “The Nightmares of Workplace Harassment and Why It’s Costing Employers Millions.”

Key points we covered:
1. Prevention starts with leadership.
2. Everyone needs clear training on harassment, discrimination, and retaliation.
3. Even unintentional behaviors can create a hostile work environment.

Together, we can stop unsafe and unlawful workplace practices and create spaces where employees feel protected and empowered.
