Design is such an essential and yet misunderstood (dare I say neglected) element of the product development process. It's not about making things pretty, it's about making them user-friendly, valuable, and joyful to use.

We're working with clients daily to help them build and deliver amazing products that bring real value and lots of joy to their users.

Check out this blog post to see one great example. A huge thanks to the Airship team for their help on this!

How we conducted beta testing for Truckerbux, what we learned, and how our findings were applied to improve the client's product for end users.

We’ve been thinking a lot about founders lately
There’s a LOT of information about how a founder should go about…founding their company
However, there is NOT a lot of information about how a founder can (and should) operate as a part of the team
We believe in founders, not just as the originators of concepts, but also as critical members of startup teams with equally critical and discrete jobs to do
This carousel previews a few of our thoughts on the subject. Cards on the table, we’re building something new and your feedback would be really helpful to make sure we build something that’s actually useful
So, as you read through this, please let us know what you think? We’d be forever grateful for your input! @ Birmingham, Alabama

Today’s guest on The Dispatch is Wade Preston, co-founder of Prevail Coffee Roasters based in Montgomery, Alabama
Of the many paths in the food and beverage industry, very few are as unique and, frankly, misunderstood as the world of specialty coffee. In today’s episode, we dive deep into the economics and strategies of working in the specialty coffee world, what makes this part of the industry so special, and why Montgomery, AL is kind of a badass place to own and operate your business
Wade is a super nice guy, a talented business man and artisan, and runs one of my favorite coffee companies in the Southeast. I hope you guys enjoy my conversation with Wade Preston.

Everything is going to be ok
A little over a week ago, I released my interview with Carrie Rollwagen on The Dispatch. And, true to form, I did a pretty bad (non existent) job of promoting it (SORRY CARRIE!)
However, it’s not because it wasn’t worth listening to, it just because I’m scatterbrained and, if I’m honest, I don’t love or feel very good at the socials
But here’s my pitch for this episode. Carrie is a small business rockstar. She’s owned a small business, she’s an author, a prolific content creator (and it’s really good content too!), she’s started two fantastic podcasts, and she’s not the VP of Strategic Planning at Infomedia, a fantastic Birmingham web development firm
So, yeah, like I said, rock star
Carrie is also a fantastic human and I look forward to every opportunity I have to catch up with her
So go listen to the latest episode of The Dispatch NOW. We tackle small business ownership in a big way and I think the conversation have is especially timely considering all of the bonkers stuff happening in the world of business today
