Referrals That Keep on Giving

One thing I've learned over the years as Head of Talent Acquisition, is the value of a good (and fully operational) employee referral program. You'd be surprised at what a gold mine this program can be. It's the gift that keeps on giving. There's an old expression - "great people know other great people."

With the right partnerships and systems, an employee referral program is fairly easy to implement depending on the type (peak hiring, bonus hires, structured, time-specific and position-specific referral programs). Reach out to Cisso Bean & Dutch HR Consultants for ways to build or enhance an employee referral program!
