I am so lucky to have my Home Based Business, I can keep on working and helping people. Our Law Firms are open and assisting our Members. Here are some of the Questions they are currently dealing with .
What to do if my flight/hotel/bookings are cancelled
• Am I restricted on where I can travel to? Am I entitled to be reimbursed?
• Will I be subject to additional screening?
• Does my employer have to allow me to work remotely?
• Can my employer force me to work remotely and if so can they force me to use my own
resources?
• If my employer shuts down temporarily can I receive unemployment?
• If my employer shuts down, do I have to use my sick leave or PTO or can I use it?
• Can my employer make me disclose the fact that I have been in contact with someone
who is ill?
• Does an expanded FMLA apply to me?
• How do I get access to health services/testing?
• Am I responsible for the costs of testing/other medical services?
• Do I have to make the co-pays?
• If I do not have insurance can I still seek treatment, and will I be responsible for the
entire cost?
• Should I have an advanced directive or a healthcare power of attorney?
• Do I need a durable power of attorney?
• How can I have a will created for me and my spouse?
• How do I give someone temporary guardianship of my children if I become ill?
• Under what circumstances can I visit or check on someone in a nursing home or assisted
living facility?
• What will happen if I am unable to pay my rent or mortgage?
• Can my landlord force me out if the rent is not paid?
• Will my utilities be shut off if I cannot pay the bill?
• What happens if I have accounts set up for automatic payments, but I have no money in
the account due to being out of work?
• Will credit cards waive interest and/or late fees?
• Should I file for bankruptcy protection?
• Do I still get visitation/custody of my kids as scheduled?
