So many people walk into BNI as a visitor just wanting to grow their business and meet a few people…

But what’s amazing is — there are times they walk out with a name or a business card that actually turns into real business.

It’s crazy how it works.

That’s why we’re so intentional about making sure every person who walks in feels:
✨ welcomed
✨ seen
✨ connected

Because one conversation can change everything.

This isn’t just a networking event.
It’s an experience.

An experience where:
🔴 Businesses grow
🟢 Referrals are intentional
🟡 Relationships actually matter
🔵 And the room is full of energy and connection

On April 2nd, we’re bringing together business owners who are ready for more — more visibility, more connection, and more opportunity.

We’re looking for qualified, growth-minded professionals who are ready to:
✔ Build real referral partnerships
✔ Increase their business 10–30% (on average)
✔ Get a higher return on their marketing than traditional methods

If you’ve been doing business alone…
this is your room.

⚡ From new construction to commercial upgrades — the referrals are already out there. You just need the right room.

BNI Chapters include contractors, real estate agents, property managers, and business owners who need a licensed electrician they can confidently recommend. Be that electrician.
Steady work. Trusted referrals. Real relationships. 🔌

👉 There's an open seat in our BNI Chapter for an Electrician. Submit your information using the link below and we'll set a time for you to visit.

There are moments in business where everything can shift…
Not because of a new strategy.
Not because of another post.
But because of the people you meet in the right room.

What if one morning… one conversation… one connection…
could open doors you didn’t even know were possible?

So many business owners are trying to grow alone —
posting, hoping, pushing, praying it reaches the right people.

But real growth doesn’t happen in isolation.
It happens in rooms full of people who see you, support you, and believe in what you’re building.

That’s what this is.

✨ A room where relationships matter
✨ A room where referrals actually happen
✨ A room where you are surrounded by people who want to see you win

This isn’t just “networking.”
This is about expanding your reach, your impact, and your ability to serve the people you’ve been called to serve.

If you’re ready for something different…
If you’re ready to grow in a way that actually feels aligned…
If you’re ready to stop doing business alone…

I want you in this room.

📅 April 2nd
⏰ 7:30 – 9:30 AM

You never know — the next connection you make could change everything.

✨ Referral Relationships in Action ✨

One of the most powerful parts of BNI is watching business connections turn into real opportunities — and this is a perfect example of that happening right inside our chapter.

Recently, Kim Darnell with Car Realty had the opportunity to help Rob Gray, Occupational Therapist, find the perfect space for his practice.

Through her connections, resources, and deep understanding of the commercial real estate world, Kim was able to walk alongside Rob in the process of securing a building that fit his business needs — something that can often feel overwhelming when you’re navigating it alone.

But what makes this story even more special is how they connected.

This opportunity came through relationships built inside BNI.

Because they were already in the room together…
Because trust had already been established…
Because referrals and conversations were already happening…

Kim was positioned to step in and serve when the need arose.

Rob recently shared about his experience working with Kim — highlighting her professionalism, dedication, and how valuable it was to have someone guiding him through such an important business decision.

This is what BNI is all about:

➡️ Building trusted partnerships
➡️ Supporting one another’s growth
➡️ Connecting members to opportunities they may not have found otherwise

When you surround yourself with professionals who truly care about your success, incredible things happen.

We’re so proud to see members like Kim and Rob collaborating, growing, and building their businesses together 👏

If you’ve ever wondered how powerful the right business network can be… this is it.

Stay tuned for an opportunity to join us for an amazing day of networking so you too can make some meaningful connections.

I wanted to share something that really reflects the power of what we do inside BNI — not just as individual business owners, but as collaborators working toward a greater impact in our community.

Dr. Matt Davis and I have actually known each other for years and built a friendship long before we ever worked professionally together. But over the past few months, we’ve begun collaborating more closely — integrating medical care with functional metabolic support to better serve our clients.

And what’s been incredible is how BNI played such a pivotal role in accelerating that collaboration.

Through our chapter, we connected with Dawn, whose work helped us bring this partnership to life in a new way — launching our Integrative Care Podcast to educate both our community and our referral partners on how this model works.

And the circle continues to grow.

We’re now also joining forces with NAOS Physical and Occupational Therapy, led by owner Rob Gray — creating an even more comprehensive care network that spans orthopedic care, physical therapy and DEXA Scan, and functional health support.

This is a union that truly would not have happened without the relationships built inside BNI.

Because of the connections I’ve made through this organization, my business has expanded in ways I never could have created alone. I’ve been able to introduce patients and partners to Matt that he may not have otherwise met — and likewise, his reach has strengthened the work I do.

That ripple effect is the real power of BNI.

One connection leads to collaboration.
One collaboration leads to innovation.
And innovation leads to better outcomes for the people we serve.

Our podcast is just one example of what can happen when businesses lock arms instead of working in isolation.

If anyone in the chapter would like access to the episode and our Integrative Care Guide, I’d be happy to share it with you.

And to Dawn and Rob — thank you for being part of this growing vision. The impact of what we’re building together is only just beginning.

One of the most powerful things about BNI Phoenix isn’t just referrals — it’s awareness.

Each week, our members share what they’re currently focused on so the rest of us can listen intentionally, notice opportunities, and serve well when the moment arises. These aren’t asks — they’re insights into what our members are working on and how we can be more aware for one another.

Here’s what we’re paying attention to this week:

🌱 Aaron Sanders – Acre Group Landscaping
Winter is actually one of the best times to set your yard up for success. Weeds are coming (even if we don’t want to think about them yet), and getting ahead of them now can make a big difference come spring.

🏗 Barry Harwell – Harwell Building Company
Barry is reminding us how important it is to be intentional about who you trust to build your home. Choosing a qualified, licensed builder protects not only your investment, but your peace of mind.

🧠 Brian Gagye – Gagye Consulting
Brian is focused on helping businesses reduce internal conflict and build healthier team dynamics. When communication improves, productivity and culture follow — and everyone wins.

💳 Buddy Morris – Capital Payments
Buddy is paying attention to restaurants, vet offices, salons, car dealerships, and similar businesses that may be absorbing unnecessary merchant service costs. Small adjustments can make a big difference to the bottom line.

👔 Clay Loveless – Pearce Bespoke Birmingham
Clay is reimagining advertising in a unique way — by placing logos inside custom suit linings. (Fun fact: he’s also the official clothier for the UAB Blazers football team.) It’s branding that’s personal, memorable, and anything but ordinary.

🏡 Conner Parsons – Floor Coverings International (Birmingham)
Conner specializes in working with people who are moving or building. He brings flooring samples directly into the home, helps clients make selections on the spot, and provides a quote before he leaves — simple, efficient, and client-friendly.

🛡 Creg Leggett – Hapbridge Insurance
Creg is encouraging people to review their property and casualty coverage to make sure it truly protects them. He’s seen firsthand how gaps in coverage can lead to devastating outcomes — and he reviews policies at no extra cost.

🎙 Dawn Gagye – Tracer Strategic Marketing
Dawn is helping businesses stretch their marketing dollars through podcasting paired with a month of strategic content — creating authority, consistency, and connection all at once.

This is how referrals really begin — not with pressure, but with presence.
When we take time to understand what others are focused on, opportunities show up naturally.

This is the culture we’re building at BNI Phoenix — intentional, relational, and rooted in helping one another succeed.

🎯 Featuring Dawn Gagye – Strategy with Heart

In a world full of noise, it takes someone truly gifted to help you find your voice.

Dawn Gagye is that person.

At Tracer Strategic Marketing, Dawn doesn’t just build marketing plans — she digs deep to help businesses uncover their why, define their ideal audience, and align every message with real intention.

She’s a strategist, yes. But more than that, she’s a listener, a guide, and someone who genuinely cares about the people she works with.

Dawn has this unique ability to see both the heart of your mission and the strategy it takes to reach it — and she does it all with grace, clarity, and so much kindness. She knows that marketing isn’t just about selling — it’s about serving the right people in the right way.

That’s what makes her so special. Her work is smart, strategic, and deeply human.

I’ve personally experienced how powerful it is to work with her — she helps you see what you couldn’t see before, and brings a sense of calm and confidence to what can often feel overwhelming. She asks the right questions and helps you reconnect with the heart of your business, so you can speak with purpose and intention.

Dawn is especially passionate about working with businesses in the $3–5M revenue range, helping them create high-level, targeted strategies that move the needle without wasting time or money.

And on top of all that? She’s just a joy to know.

If you’re ready to stop guessing and start marketing with clarity — Dawn is the one to talk to.

🎯 Curious to learn more or connect with her? I’d love to introduce you.

🔥Featuring Hal Craig – The Man Behind the Mission

BNI Phoenix isn’t just about growing your business. It’s about growing you.
Today, we had the privilege of hearing from one of the kindest, most servant-hearted leaders in our chapter — Hal Craig of HOV Pro, who specializes in high-quality branded promotional products like apparel, gifts, tech gadgets, and so much more.

But what Hal does goes far beyond printing logos on coffee mugs.

Hal is a legacy builder.
He pours himself into helping others grow—whether it’s through his creative promotional work, his leadership across multiple BNI chapters as an Area Director, or the way he lives his life with intentionality and faith.

He’s someone who constantly challenges himself to grow in mindset, in spirit, and in service — and his example challenges the rest of us to do the same.

When Hal speaks, it’s not just about business. It’s about how business can be a vehicle for purpose and people.

It’s about building a life and legacy worth remembering.

We’re grateful for his leadership, his heart, and his relentless desire to help others succeed. If you’re looking for someone who can make your brand unforgettable — or just someone to remind you what real generosity looks like in business — you need to meet Hal.

🧢 Want to check out what he offers? Check out his website below. You won’t meet a more genuine person to work with.

Your Attitude Shapes Your Business—and Your Legacy

In business and in life, attitude is everything. As the late Bob Proctor wisely said:
“Your attitude is the composite of your thoughts, your feelings, and your actions.”

It’s not just about staying positive—it’s about aligning your mindset, emotional energy, and daily actions with the outcomes you want to create. Success doesn’t happen by accident. It flows from clarity, consistency, and the attitude you bring into every room, every conversation, every opportunity.

At Phoenix BNI, I’m honored to be a part of group with a deeper principle - Servant Leadership.

Servant leadership means stepping forward with humility, excellence, and full ownership. It’s not just about doing the job—it’s about doing it with intention, from the heart, and to the highest standard possible. It’s how we lead our industries and become the gold standard of service.

Whether you’re sending an email, answering a phone call, or solving a client’s biggest need—people feel your energy before they hear your words.

I had the privilege of studying under Bob Proctor for years, and his teachings continue to guide how I lead, serve, and grow.

This week, I invite you to watch this short video from Bob on the power of attitude—it’s one of my favorites:

https://youtu.be/sGC9xto7UpE?si=9TnGbO7FTSgF6tOL

Let’s keep rising—with intention, with purpose, and with heart.
