Don’t get us wrong…we LOVE a restored stained dresser, it’s why we are Moses RESTORATIONS, but there is also a time and place for painting. Not everyone wants a dark stain, some want a modern, brighter look and we listen to our market!

Proof that good quality, heavy vintage furniture just needs the right vision. This cherry piece had solid bones, but the finish and brass batwing hardware were really showing its age.
We brought it into the present with a natural, light wood top, fresh paint, and modern hardware—completely changing the energy of the whole piece.
Save this reel for your next furniture project, and let us know what piece you’re working on next!

Our client had a vision and it turned out SO GOOD!! The top was in decent shape but the base had a lot of chipped laminate. She wanted the base painted this rich dark gray navy and the top to be sealed natural. The end result was the perfect combination!
