Are you a dynamic professional who loves being out in the field building relationships, but also thrives on keeping projects organized behind the scenes? We are looking for a Business Development & Project Coordinator to drive growth in the local real estate market and support our internal operations.

This is a true hybrid role: you will be the face of our company to local realtors, while also rolling up your sleeves to help our project management team during peak seasons.

What You’ll Be Doing:
· Driving New Business: Proactively cold calling and following up with real estate professionals to generate 1 to 2 new jobs per month.

· Field Marketing: Hitting the road to drop off marketing materials and collateral at local brokerages.

· Educating Partners: Scheduling, coordinating, and delivering engaging in-office presentations to real estate teams.

· Operational Support: Jumping in to assist with project management overflow and operational tasks during our busy seasons.

Who You Are:
You are a highly organized self-starter with excellent communication skills. You aren't afraid to pick up the phone, you love networking, and you have the operational mindset needed to ensure projects cross the finish line smoothly.

Job Type: We will consider both part-time and full-time arrangements depending on the right candidate.
