🗣️🎙️ FREE ONLINE ASL CLASSES!

OSD is offering online ASL I and II for this fall semester again! It's FREE! It is for anyone who want to learn ASL to be able to communicate with a Deaf person.

The registration for Online ASL Classes for ASL I and II is now open until September 30th. The Online ASL Classes for ASL I and II will begin on September 16th and continue until December 30th. These classes are non-credit level courses. This is a "go at your own pace" class.

Celena Ponce is trilingual in Spanish, English, and ASL. She shares free resources with Latino families with Deaf children. Her organization, Manos Unidas, provides support to immigrant families with Deaf children in their native language. Celena lives in Oregon, USA, and her services are available online.

Over the past ten years, Katie Guillaume has worked in diverse areas within the Latino community (47-80% Spanish-speaking). She has experience with the IEP process as a teacher and as a special education instructional facilitator, where she supervised IEP services across entire campuses in various schools in Las Vegas, NV, and Oakland, CA.
