A quick update from us 👋

To keep things simple and avoid duplicate posts, we’ve merged the Fischer Clerking LLC page with Fischer’s Bar 33.

Fischer’s Bar 33 is owned and operated by Ernie and Bev Fischer, who work directly with sellers to care for, work, and house the bison consigned to our sales.

Fischer Clerking, owned by Amanda Fischer, gathers animal information from Bar 33 or the consignor, posts that information to the website, handles marketing, and assists with buyer registration.

Since both businesses are family-run and all the work happens together, having one page just made sense.

Fischer’s Bar 33 Annual Bison Auction – December 13, 2025

We are incredibly grateful to all of our consigners, buyers, and everyone who supported this year’s sale. Your trust and participation make these events possible, and we truly appreciate each and every one of you.

Looking ahead, we plan to host an Open Consignment Sale on Saturday, February 28, 2026. If you have animals you would like to consign, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’d love to work with you.

Attached is a rough summary of what is currently listed on the website (not our final numbers and subject to change).

We’ve still got roughly 40 head in the yard here in Selfridge to add, plus another ~340 head coming in from a consignor in South Dakota. We’ll keep everyone posted as more animals hit the website! 🦬✨
