🚨EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT🚨
This month, we’re recognizing Tyler Scherr! Tyler has worked in delivery at Jerome for almost four years. His favorite part of the job is building displays because, as he puts it, “it soothes my OCD.” Each morning, Tyler loads kegs before everyone arrives and spends his days delivering everything from high buys to low buys, helping make everyone’s job a little easier. You can usually find Red Bull or Coors Banquet in his fridge, and outside of work, he enjoys working out and napping. One item on his bucket list is to hunt a brown bear in Alaska, and his workplace entrance song would be “Animal I Have Become” by Three Days Grace. One of his favorite Jerome memories is helping a woman load a couch into her truck while making a delivery to Big Lots. If Tyler had to sum up Jerome in three words: “knees to chest”
