Please help us welcome Brittani Hunter, our incoming President & CEO of the Bixby Chamber of Commerce.
Brittani Hunter is an accomplished executive, entrepreneur and community leader with a proven track record in organizational leadership, economic development, strategic partnerships and business growth. With a career spanning nonprofit management, sports business, marketing and entrepreneurship, she brings a unique perspective to building strong organizations and thriving communities.
Prior to joining the Bixby Chamber of Commerce, Hunter served as Executive Director of the Oklahoma City Adventure District, where she led strategic initiatives for one of Oklahoma's premier tourism and entertainment destinations, welcoming more than 10 million visitors annually. During her tenure, she oversaw organizational operations, strengthened relationships between businesses and local government and championed initiatives focused on economic development, community engagement and long-term organizational sustainability.
An entrepreneur herself, Hunter founded Spiked. A Coffee Concept, where she developed a community-centered business model. Her firsthand experience as a business owner has shaped her understanding of the opportunities and challenges facing small businesses and reinforced her commitment to creating environments where entrepreneurs can succeed.
A Tulsa native, Hunter earned her bachelor's degree from Oklahoma State University and her Master of Business Administration from Southern Nazarene University. Her leadership philosophy centers on authenticity, accountability, collaboration and measurable impact.
As President & CEO of the Bixby Chamber of Commerce, Hunter looks forward to strengthening member relationships, expanding opportunities for local businesses and working alongside the Board of Directors to advance the Chamber's mission while supporting Bixby's continued growth and economic vitality.

The Bixby Metro Chamber's Nominating Committee is now accepting nominations to fill 3 three-year positions on the Board of Directors. Nominations will be accepted now through October 19, 2026.

The Board of Directors serves as the governing and policy making body of the Chamber. The Board consists of nine elected positions, two appointed positions, and two interns.

The Chamber is looking for individuals to come onto the Board that will take an active role in the Chamber. The new directors will be seated at our meetings beginning in October and formally take office on January 2026. Board meetings are held six times per year.

Nominations may include any current Chamber Member in good standing. Members may nominate themselves. To make a nomination you must:

Email [email protected] nominating yourself or another individual.
Include nominated individual's name and business, briefly describe how the candidate can contribute to the success of the Chamber.

The Nominating Committee will present the final list of candidates for approval to the current Board of Directors at the October Board Meeting. The Secretary of the Board will then present the recommended slate of candidates to the General Membership along with the Rights of Petition.

This is in compliance with the Bixby Metro Chamber of Commerce By-Laws
(Article VII, Section 1).
