New doesn’t always mean mold-free.
Our technician is suited up in full PPE while working inside a newly built property because even brand-new homes can experience moisture issues that lead to mold growth.
Construction materials can be exposed to moisture during building, and leaks, humidity, or trapped water can create the right conditions for mold to develop.
A new home still needs attention, inspections, and proper moisture control.
When it comes to mold, it’s not about the age of the property, it’s about the conditions inside.

Today we’re proud to celebrate 250 years of American independence—and we’re especially grateful for the brave men and women who have served and continue to protect our communities every day.

As you celebrate with family and friends, don’t forget to celebrate safely!

🎆 Firework Safety Tips:
• Keep a bucket of water or a garden hose nearby while using fireworks.
• Never allow young children to handle fireworks.
• Light one firework at a time and never relight a “dud.”
• When you’re finished, soak all used fireworks in a bucket of water overnight before throwing them away. This helps prevent trash can and house fires.
• Keep fireworks away from dry grass, roofs, and anything that can easily catch fire.

We’re putting the finishing touches on this one-of-a-kind handcrafted playhouse, and we couldn’t be more excited to see it head to its new home.

This weekend, you can check it out at Riverfest in the Wood River Valley, where it will be auctioned off to benefit the Firefighters Burnout Fund. ❤️🚒 Every dollar raised goes directly toward helping firefighters in need.

🎆 You’ll also get a chance to see it roll through the 4th of July Parade, so keep an eye out!

🏡 It’s coming to life!

Every great project starts with a vision… and a whole lot of hard work. 💪

Our custom log playhouse is really starting to take shape, and we couldn’t be more excited to share the progress! From the handcrafted logs to the front porch and rustic details, this is going to be one incredible playhouse.

The best part? This one-of-a-kind playhouse will be auctioned off during Hailey’s Fourth of July festivities, with 100% of the proceeds benefiting the Burnout & Benevolent Fund, helping local families impacted by fires.

Stay tuned as we add the finishing touches—we can’t wait to show you the completed cabin!
