Hello Community Members. Our current Board of Directors has 2 open positions. If you are interested in joining the board, or would like more information on how you can help be part of decisions made in for community please respond to this post, send a message via this FB Page, contact Gassen Company and let our Property Manager (Kenny) know you are interest, or reach out to our Board President, Charles Speckman, at 612-741-9758 via phone call or TXT message. We could really use 2 more voices on the BOD to help make decisions and ensure things continue to run smoothly. BTW: Zero experience is necessary! We just ask that you have access to a computer, cell phone, and are comfortable TXT messaging for communicating among the board members.

This is a reminder that the Association Annual Meeting will be held on 12/19/2023 at 5:15PM with sign in at 5:00PM. The meeting will take place at the Mary Ann Young Center (Maple Room) located at 9150 Central Ave in Blaine Minnesota.

*** If you do not plan on attending the Annual meeting please submit your proxy as requested in the mailing that your unit received via us-mail. The Association will need a total of 20% of the ownership, 17 Homeowners either present or via proxy in order to hold the Annual Meeting.

Hello Community Members!

This is a reminder that the Association Annual Meeting will be held on 12/15/2022 at 6:00PM with sign in at 5:30PM. The meeting will take place at the Mary Ann Young Center located at 9150 Central Ave in Blaine Minnesota.

Just a friendly reminder we have transitioned to Gassen as our new Management company. Please update your monthly due payments to them. Also, they have an extremely nice mobile app to track your association account, get notified of board meetings, report maintenance, ect. Check it out!

Spread the word as well to your neighbors! We are all in this together!

Hello Community Members! The HOA Board is excited to announce we are transitioning to a new management company starting October 1st 2022. For the past several years we have used 33rd Company - Real Estate to manage our property. Starting October 1st we are extremely happy to share that we will be transitioning to Gassen Company (The board has already started the transition process). We know as a board these changes are challenging, and frequently cause uncertain feelings. Rest assured we are here to help, and Gassen Company is prepared to handle our association with the attention and professionalism we all expect. There will be a letter mailed out to all of us in the next 7-14 days explaining the transition process and what is needed from each of us. The board is confident that as we complete this transition to Gassen Company we all will see improvements in how our association is managed going forward.

** September Association Dues should be sent to 33rd like previous months. **
