Immediate opening for a full-time Mfr. Client Services Admin. The ideal candidate will fulfill the following requirements:
* Minimum of 1 plus years of admin or client services experience
* Possess excellent organizational skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel and Word and also Google Drive
* Must exemplify good communications and financial skills, as you will be working with our clients and vendors.
* High school diploma. A college degree is preferred.
* Prefer someone local to minimize travel to Blairstown office.
* Normal hours are 9 to 5 for a 40 hour week
RPR will:
* Pay bi-weekly with rate based on experience.
* 11+ Paid holidays
* 1 week vacation after 6 months, then 2 weeks annually.
* Provide company laptop

“Redemption Processing Representatives Inc. is excited to announce the launching of FACTSTM, our Fully Automated Coupon Tracking System to our retailers. Our tests and a soft launch were successful and we will begin rolling out in phases to our large client base. I want to thank our developers, Brian Stefanski and Tim Heuer for their dedication in creating a system that benefits our retailers and I also want to thank the RPR team for their support! This platform took much longer than expected, but we wanted to be sure all Industry issues were addressed.

FACTSTM will allow our retailers to track their shipments and download various reports. Processed /invoiced files, payment files for both ACH and paper checks and Industry Updates are uploaded weekly. RPR will continue to enhance the system based on requests from our clients.

Redemption Processing Representatives, Inc. has been providing services to various segments of the Industry since 1994.”

We provide 10 to 12 paid holidays, 2 weeks vacation, and sick pay based on hours worked.
