Ford Security Solutions is looking for a dependable, motivated individual to join our installation team.

**Starting Pay: $17.00/hour** *(based on experience)*

**Applicants should have:**

* Basic knowledge of Category cable installation
* Experience with cable termination and testing
* Basic understanding of technology
* Familiarity with hand tools
* Experience operating small equipment such as trenchers and concrete saws is a plus
* Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

**Requirements:**

* Valid driver's license
* Must be able to pass a background check
* Must be able to pass a drug screening

📍 Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Weekends & Holidays Off

We are seeking a dependable and organized Office Manager to join our growing installation and service company. This is not a typical office setting—our environment is fast-paced and hands-on, requiring someone who can think on their feet and keep operations running smoothly.

🛠 Responsibilities:
• Manage daily scheduling and dispatching of service technicians
• Coordinate installation and service appointments
• Communicate with customers and field staff to ensure efficient operations
• Handle administrative tasks and maintain accurate records

✅ Requirements:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong scheduling and organizational skills
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced, occasionally high-pressure environment
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Valid driver’s license

⭐ Preferred (but not required):
• Experience working in an office environment within installation, service, construction, or similar field-based industries

🕘 Schedule:
Monday–Friday
8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Lunch: 12:30 PM – 1:00 PM
