Today, Minnesota had our 3rd grain bin entrapment of 2026.
This makes us the current national leader of bin entrapments.
Not a great badge of honor to have.
I have statistics going back over 10 years and this is the highest amount of entrapments we have had this early in the year.
Not to mention that the most entrapments happen in June & July in Minnesota. Were not even close to the "busy" season.

PLEASE help spread the word!
1. Do not go in bins with the unloading equipment running!
2. Have someone watch over you when you are in the bin. Family, friends, or even neighbors will be glad to help make sure you are safe in the bin. All you have to do is ask!

If you are looking for something to do on a beautiful fall day in Ohio, the Farm Science Review is happening near London, Ohio this Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (September 16, 17, 18, 2025). Held at the Molly Caren Agricultural Center on US Route 40, the Farm Science show features demonstration plots, several million dollars of equipment displays, drone demonstrations along with other emerging technologies for your review. Darryl Frey, Christianson’s authorized factory representative, will be at booth number 763. He is displaying the Handlair Model 680 and VacBoss Model 2404 grain vacs.



The self-powered Model 2404 is a compact vacuum pressure machine that can be used in multiple situations for cleanup, short transfers, pit clean outs, and for truck or railcar spills. The versatility of the power horse makes it an excellent choice for a variety of industries, including fire departments performing bin rescue operations.

This week our friends at Sullivan's Electric finished our multi-phase project to convert our facility to LED lighting. Our office was the final area in our facility that still had florescent lights, we have noticed a big improvement with the new LED lights. Thank you to Jim Sullivan and his team for doing a great job, 85,000 sf of the building has been changed to LED over the past 3 years.
