I rarely compete anymore but was talked into going to the National Taxidermy Associations national competition. So I dusted off a couple older mounts and headed down to Kentucky. I was pleasantly surprised to walk away with the Silver and Bronze medallion in the warm water fish category. I guess this old geezer still has a little left in the tank. As always the glory goes to GOD. I am truly blessed to have such a wonderful life.

I’d like to thank the Michigan Taxidermist Association for having me over to judge their fish/ reptiles this past weekend. I met some wonderful people and made some new friends. Two northern pike skin mounts. The first time in 30 years I’ve put two pike on the same base.
