Wouldn’t it be nice if selling a business were simple?

Clean numbers.
No surprises.
The perfect buyer with plenty of cash.
A smooth, easy process.

That version exists… but it’s rare.

Most of the time, owners don’t start this process because everything is perfectly lined up.

It’s usually the opposite.

Something changed.
Burnout crept in.
