কুয়াশা যতই ঘন হোক, দায়িত্বের কাছে “আজ অফিসে যাবো না” বলার সুযোগ নেই! 🌫️💔

Foggy morning… visibility কম, ঠান্ডা বাতাস, শরীরটা ক্লান্ত তবুও office-এর পথে বের হতে হয়।

কারণ আমরা working moms…
নিজের tiredness-এর চেয়ে family-এর needs-কে সবসময় priority দিই।

কিন্তু কখনো কি ভেবেছেন
শুধু survive করার জন্য কাজ নয়, এমন একটা future কি build করা যায় যেখানে time + earning দুটোতেই একটু নিজের মতো করার সুযোগ থাকবে?

এই ভাবনাটাই আমাকে আমার বিজনেস নিয়ে কাজ করতে শিখিয়েছে।

আজকের কষ্ট যেন আগামী দিনের স্বাধীনতা এর কারণ হয়।

সেই ফিলিং যেটা আমার ছেলে কে মনে করিয়ে দিতো মায়ের কাছে হয়তো জব এর চাইতে ইম্পরট্যান্ট আর কিছু নেই। ছোট্ট ছেলে চাইবে মা যেন সব সময় পাশে থাকে, কিন্তু সেই ফিলিং কখনও জীবন চালানোর প্রয়োজনীয় বাস্তবতার অবসান ঘটাতে পারেনা। তাই আমি আজ যেই বিজনেসটা ইস্টাব্লিশ করছি, সেটা সেই ফিলিং টাকে মুছে দেয়ার জন্যই। আল্লাহ অবশ্যই আমার inner ইচ্ছে টা পুরন করবেন।
তাই all working mom দের কে স্যালুট যারা একরাশ কস্ট নিয়ে প্রতিনিয়ত সংসার, সন্তানের ভবিষ্যৎ এর কথা ভেবে নিজের প্রফেশন এ দায়িত্ব পালন করে যাচ্ছেন। আপনার জীবন এও যদি এমন দিন এসে থাকে, আপনি একা নন, হাজার হাজার বাংগালী প্রফেশনাল মায়েরা এভাবেই এগিয়ে যাচ্ছেন।

“আপনার child শুধু একটা painting করছে না সে future skills practice করছে! 🎨
As a mom & educator, আমি বিশ্বাস করি learning doesn’t always have to happen at a desk.
এই simple dot-painting activity দিয়ে বাচ্চারা একসাথে practice করছে fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, colors, patterns, creativity & concentration.
আর একজন working mom হিসেবে আমার কাছে সবচেয়ে important বিষয় learning + family time একসাথে create করা। ❤️
আমরা busy জীবনেও ছোট ছোট meaningful moments তৈরি করতে পারি। কারণ success শুধু career বা business build করা নয় -আমাদের kids-এর সাথে beautiful memories & skills build করাও success.
Busy mom, remember: You don’t need hours. Sometimes, just 15 minutes of intentional time can make a difference.
