Next auction is this Thursday May 28th, 6pm rain or shine at the Jacob Goodin auction lot at 21096 state highway 25 Bloomfield Mo 63825. We will be selling 2 separate pieces of real estate.

The first is an 80 acre tract between Puxico and Dudley Mo. It is fenced and cross fenced with well established grass but 56.73 acres could be tillable. There are a couple barns and an old double wide that would need work to be livable. There is a wetland marker on the front woods lot from the farm office. They have not done an onsite assessment to determine if it is in fact a wetland or not so the new owner can have it assessed and may be able to get that restriction off.
