Here's a little background on me as a trainer...
I have been a personal fitness trainer since 2009, and since then I have continued to grow and refine my professional experience with each new client. I have a strong passion for human physiology and conditioning, which keeps my education in fitness ongoing. I have several certifications, including CPR/AED from the National Academy of Sports Medici
ne and TRX Suspension training. Knowing that every individual presents unique challenges, my goal as a fitness instructor has always been to create fun, customized workouts that target my clients' specific goals. I also provides a solid foundation of motivation and support throughout the training process, maintaining the motto: “I never said it would be easy, I only said it would be worth it.”
A little background about me personally...
When I'm not hosting a killer boot camp, I enjoy cycling in the city, spending time with friends, and competing in Tough Mudders. I understand the challenges of weight loss on a personal level, since I struggled with my own weight in the past. I also recognize how hard it can be to take that first step toward better health. However, I believe that the fitness journey is a highly rewarding endeavor... and I'd love the opportunity to prove it to you. If you are interested in a free try-out training session, please don't hesitate to contact me for more information.
