Paragon Force, Inc. is hiring an Engineering Technician III in Bedford, Indiana — and this is NOT your average production job.

You’ll be part of a team refurbishing and reworking real military equipment used by the fleet. Think hands-on teardown, rebuilding, testing, troubleshooting, cleaning components, and bringing equipment back to life.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:
• Using hand and power tools
• Taking apart and rebuilding military equipment
• Performing basic testing and inspections
• Working in a fast-paced production environment
• Learning technical and manufacturing skills
• Supporting real-world defense operations

💥 What We’re Looking For:
• Mechanically inclined individuals
• People who enjoy hands-on work
• Basic tool experience
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Team players ready to learn

🚀 We’re Hiring: Business Operations Specialist 🚀

Paragon Force is growing, and we’re looking for a Business Operations Specialist to join our team in Bloomfield, IN. This role is perfect for someone who loves making things run smoothly behind the scenes—balancing numbers, contracts, systems, and processes to keep projects on track and compliant.

You’ll work closely with leadership, project managers, finance, and technical teams to support project finances, invoicing, contracts, procurement, proposals, and day-to-day business operations. If you enjoy digging into data, improving processes, learning how federal contracting works, and being the go-to person who keeps everything moving forward, this could be a great fit.

✔️ 2–4 years of experience in project controls, finance, contracts, or business ops
✔️ Experience with Deltek Costpoint or similar ERP systems.
✔️ Familiarity with government contracting (FAR/DFARS)
✔️ Strong Excel skills (Costpoint experience is a plus!)
✔️ Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
✔️ On-site in Bloomfield, IN (limited telework available)
