Current progress on the current project. Framing and sheeting is done, Tyvek wrapped and windows and doors are installed and sealed save for a custom window yet to be delivered. Next up we'll be siding it with textured fiber cement panels and using Vinyl J-channel as exterior trim to match the trim for the rest of the house, a rather unique and possibly challenging situation. Now is a good time to be thinking about those indoor projects for winter! We are scheduling projects for the beginning of 2027 and this is the time to start on choices and planning. New project starting today! Converting this screened in porch to a 4 season sun room. First day of work complete, have to be cautious with this one. That top beam we're building onto is still supporting the weight of the roof as we carefully build a wall underneath it. There will be a sliding glass door and 2 60" by 60" windows on either side of the door, along with a medium pet door. There's also a second wall to build after this one. Been doing some sub work in Indy rehabbing an old apartment building in the Riverside area. Don't know just how old it is, but it's pretty old and pretty cool!

Helping out a friend fix their rotten roof! It's outside our normal lane but it's a friend and work is still work! Crazy weather expected tonight so we battened down the hatches and hope for better weather next week.
