Evolve Renovations

Upcoming Project! We'll be remodeling a full bathroom and a half bath, here are the before pics. The homeowners are still finalizing their choices but we'll be widening the shower about a foot and installing brighter tile. The entrance hall coat closet is behind the shower head wall, we'll be doing away with it to widen the shower and the remaining space will be shelving for the bathroom. Everything must go! All fixtures, cabinets, toilets, everything is being replaced as well as a fresh coat of paint. All cabinets and toilets and such will be for sale by the homeowner so feel free to reach out to me if you are interested. Hoping to get started in a couple of weeks! If your home is begging you for an update like this one we offer top quality craftsmanship without the top quality price tag. Free consultations and free estimates, call us today at 812-679-1023 and visit our website at www.evolve-renovations.com !

Time flies when you're keeping busy! Overdue for an update: the porch project is mostly complete. The homeowner is painting it himself, as well as laying the carpet when he has the time. That means that a fair amount of the trim has to come back off which is why some of it still looks rough, we'll finish it after the carpet goes down. In the mean time her are the pics you missed! Current progress on the current project. Framing and sheeting is done, Tyvek wrapped and windows and doors are installed and sealed save for a custom window yet to be delivered. Next up we'll be siding it with textured fiber cement panels and using Vinyl J-channel as exterior trim to match the trim for the rest of the house, a rather unique and possibly challenging situation. Now is a good time to be thinking about those indoor projects for winter! We are scheduling projects for the beginning of 2027 and this is the time to start on choices and planning. We offer top quality craftsmanship without the top quality price tag, free consultations and free estimates. Call or text 812-679-1023

New project starting today! Converting this screened in porch to a 4 season sun room. First day of work complete, have to be cautious with this one. That top beam we're building onto is still supporting the weight of the roof as we carefully build a wall underneath it. There will be a sliding glass door and 2 60" by 60" windows on either side of the door, along with a medium pet door. There's also a second wall to build after this one. Been doing some sub work in Indy rehabbing an old apartment building in the Riverside area. Don't know just how old it is, but it's pretty old and pretty cool!

Helping out a friend fix their rotten roof! It's outside our normal lane but it's a friend and work is still work! Crazy weather expected tonight so we battened down the hatches and hope for better weather next week.
