🚗 is rolling through Indianola, Iowa! Sr. Project Manager Ryan Braudt was onsite at Indianola High School earlier this month for a punchlist walk-through of the school’s newly renovated kitchen and servery. 🍎🏫

Designed to give students an elevated dining experience while supporting foodservice across the district, this space is built to perform! The kitchen features a large warehouse freezer with in-floor heat due to its size, a dedicated walk-in cooler and freezer, expansive cold prep space, and a full hot production line.

Out front, the servery brings a college-dining feel to the high school with solid surface serving counters, mobile salad bars, and a dedicated A La Carte space. And there’s more to come, with a new concessions area planned for Phase 2!

A big thank you to INVISION Architecture, Great Lakes Hotel Supply Company, Morrissey Engineering, KPFF Consulting Engineers, Larson Engineering, JBC Landscape Architects, and Edge Commercial Interiors for the collaboration from start to finish. 🙌 It takes a talented team to bring spaces like this to life!

We’re excited to share that Matt Anderson, Principal at Rippe Associates, will take the stage as a keynote speaker at ABASTUR 2026 on August 26 in Mexico City!

In his presentation, “Remember the Stay.” Matt will explore what transforms a hospitality experience from simply well-designed to truly memorable, and how thoughtful planning, operations, service, and the moments guests experience all work together to create a lasting impression.

Because guests may not remember every detail of a space, but they’ll remember how the experience made them feel.

We’re honored to be part of this year’s ABASTUR and excited to connect with hospitality professionals from across Mexico, Latin America, and beyond.

Designed to support the next generation of rural healthcare professionals, the University of Nebraska at Kearney's new Rural Health Education Building now features a thoughtfully planned café and micro market that keeps students, faculty, and staff fueled throughout the day. Within a compact footprint, this flexible dining destination offers fresh, convenient meal options while creating a welcoming space to recharge, connect, and refocus between classes.

Working alongside RDG Planning & Design, Sodexo Campus Services, and the University, our team developed a highly efficient foodservice program that supports student well-being, enhances operational efficiency, and aligns with the University's long-term vision for healthcare education.
