We produce Oyster and Shiitake mushrooms in Bloomington Indiana. We sell and distribute fresh, dried and milled products. We also produce and distribute hickory dry rub and marinade base.

We got our new in-house built air handler finished and operational. It’s designed to keep the mushroom fruit room cool. You can’t use a regular air conditioner in a mushroom fruit environment due to spore loading. And you can’t just buy these turn key. You have to design them, and scratch build them This unit is a twin coil, 12 pass double fan model.

Our new high efficiency brine cooler air handler is nearing completion. This unit is completely scratch built in the house specifically to cool a mushroom fruiting area. It may look similar to an air conditioner, but it is very different and designed to handle the spores present in the environment.

We have begun construction on our new barn. It’s technically a “small” barn. 16x16. Site built, 6” slab on grade concrete with mesh and rebar ties. It’s over 500 sqft of floor space on two floors.

This will hold all of our raw materials. That frees up space in the main building to hold more fruit blocks during the colonization phase.
