It's been such an honor to mentor Emerson Bright this spring after she took the permaculture design course in the fall. What began as an internship has developed into a wonderful exploration of life, meaningful work, and connection to the Earth. Gratitude all around.

Fun week...yesterday I had a lovely performance review with Sociocracy For All. It's the end of my third year as Operational Leader (Executive Director). Our performance review process is amazing, and I left feeling supported and encouraged to continue to refine and evolve my vision with the organization -- knowing how I can improve and grow, but also how I can build on what I'm already doing well.
For those who are members at Amplify Bloomington (The Mill), I'll be presenting an introduction to dynamic governance (sociocracy) on Thursday at 10 am.
I also am beginning to launch a project I've envisioned for a long time - Touch the Earth. (https://zurl.co/ZxDr1) I'm also happily putting around in the garden and preparing two presentations for conferences in the next couple of months. How is your week going?
